墨在當下 — 篆書入門 Ink in the moment – Seal Calligraphy Class
書法不只是紙上的藝術，更是一場觀照內心的修行。我們邀請大家透過古老的「篆書」，找回當下的寧靜。篆書線條圓轉勻適，結構嚴謹而富有裝飾美，正適合初學者在專注的書寫中舒緩壓力，練習靜心。
課程由資深書法導師 陳仲賢老師帶領，一連八課由淺入深，包括基礎書法執筆、篆書筆劃教學、複合筆劃拆解，更會引導大家在筆墨間感受「當下」。完成課程時，學員的作品將會製作成書法作品掛飾為紀念希望街坊能在墨香之中連結鄰里，發掘社區的藝文潛能。
Calligraphy is more than just art on paper; it is a meditative practice for self-reflection. We invite everyone to rediscover inner peace in the present moment through the ancient "Seal Script". Known for its balanced, flowing lines and elegant, decorative structures, Seal Script is perfect for beginners to relieve stress and practice mindfulness through focused brushwork. Led by experienced calligraphy tutor Mr Chan Chung Yin, this eight-session course progresses from beginner to advanced levels. It covers fundamental brush gripping, core stroke techniques, and the breakdown of complex characters, while guiding participants to feel the "present moment" through ink and brush. Upon completing the course, participants' work will be crafted into a hanging calligraphy ornament as a keepsake. We hope our neighbours can connect over the scent of ink and discover the artistic potential within our community.

Participants may bring their own calligraphy tools. Or we can order a set of tools on your behalf for around $100, which includes a table mat, calligraphy brush, ink, ink dish and practice paper.

陳仲賢老師：師從朱麗明老師， 過往於各大機構（Bloomberg, Zung Fu, Burberry Beauty, Buccellati, Tory Burch, Sennheiser) 舉辦不同形式書法活動。 擅長於將書法融入於生活當中，以中文書法推出過不同類型產品。 最近新春書法作品「練」更登上不同運動團體， 以抒發鼓勵運動員努力練習，進步不能停。
Instructor Mr. Chan: Mentored by Ms Chu Lai Ming, Mr Chan has hosted various calligraphy events for major organisations (including Bloomberg, Zung Fu, Burberry Beauty, Buccellati, Tory Burch, and Sennheiser). He excels at integrating calligraphy into everyday life and has launched a diverse range of products featuring Chinese calligraphy. His recent Lunar New Year piece, "練" (Practice), was featured by various sports groups to inspire athletes to train hard and keep progressing.
