】在安靜的空間中探索家庭與生命經驗 - 【家庭系統排列工作坊 Family Constellations Workshop 】在安靜的空間中探索家庭與生命經驗 在城市節奏之外的一個安靜空間，我們一起慢慢看見家庭與生命經驗之間的連結。 在大埔六鄉Commons的草地與老樹之間，我們會用一天的時間，在一個小組而安全的空間中，透過家庭系統排列的方式，探索生命中一些與家庭與關係相關的重要議題。 很多時候，我們在人生或關係中遇到的困惑，並不只是來自當下，而是與我們的家庭系統與生命經驗有著更深層的連結。 家庭系統排列（Family Constellations）是一種由德國心理治療師 Bert Hellinger 發展出來的工作方法。透過空間中的代表與觀察，我們有機會看見家庭關係中不容易被察覺的動力與情感連結。當一些被忽略或未被看見的部分逐漸被理解時，系統往往會慢慢回到一個較為平衡的位置。 本工作坊將以體驗式的小組形式進行，在一個溫柔、安全與被尊重的空間中，讓參加者探索與家庭及關係相關的一些生命議題，例如親密關係、與父母的連結、家庭角色，以及一些在生命中重複出現的模式。 參加者不需要勉強分享自己的故事，也不需要事先準備特定問題。透過觀察與參與他人的排列，很多人也會在過程中對自己的生命與關係有新的理解。 導師/帶領者：許美琪博士 Dr. Maggie Hui @maggiehealingheart — 建築師、研究者及工作坊帶領人。曾在紐約從事歷史建築保護與建築顧問工作，並曾在大學教授建築與文化相關課程。 Maggie 於 2012 年首次接觸家庭系統排列，其後持續學習與研修。她在紐約接受排列培訓，師承美國排列導師 Suzi Tucker 的教學體系。Suzi Tucker 曾長期跟隨 Bert Hellinger 學習並推廣家庭系統排列的工作。
